2005 - Grace Thaut with Mom Nikki, at the Eugene Pro Rodeo, age of two!

Grace is the Daughter to David and Nikki Thaut. She is 20 years old and graduated from Willamette High school year of 2021.

Outside of being the Queen Grace is also a full time student At Linn Benton Community College studying Animal Science and Horse Technology, she plans to attend an internship in Kentucky next summer working on the Kentucky Horse farms in and Around Lexington.

She just so happens to live just a short 5 min from the one and only rodeo, The Eugene Pro Rodeo. She has grown up coming to this rodeo since she was just a year old and has yet to miss a year! This may be her very first Royalty title but she has been riding horses since kindergarten, while being apart of a few Western States Stock Horse Shows and OHSET. What mom once thought was a phase has turned Into this beautiful lifestyle.

Away from all things Equine she has spent many long weekends and birthdays on the sand dunes spent on her quad and in the back of her dads CJ-7, Grace is very eager to visit Rodeos all over Oregon this year but she said she is looking forward to this one the most because all of her closest friends and Family are all here and it happens to be the shortest drive she will make all year!!

Grace McGarvey is 14 years old and grew up in the small town of Coburg, Oregon just outside Eugene. She has two cows, two chickens, and two very pampered cats. In her free time, Grace spends her time volunteering around her hometown. Some of these events include serving Christmas breakfast in the grange, selling goods at school bake sales, and volunteering at the annual Coburg block party. This upcoming September, Grace will be attending Junction City High School as a freshman. She is very passionate about cosmetology and has even done 20 hours of internship with a local salon. Grace is very excited to be representing Eugene Pro Rodeo, meeting wonderful people, and seeing amazing sights on the way!
